This involves the issuance and allotment of 28,000 rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of INR 1,00,000 each by Macrotech Developers Limited.
In its role as legal counsel to the investors and debenture trustee, SNG & Partners provided extensive legal guidance throughout the transaction. This encompassed tasks such as drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing transaction documents, as well as facilitating the subsequent listing of the debentures on the stock exchange.
